Jerry Ladewig for South Glastonbury Director Statement of Principles:
Improve board effectiveness by soliciting and including more landowner participation. Overhaul the governing documents a section at a time, to represent our current demographics. Change the voting covenant to allow any member in good standing to vote for any candidate, as all board members represent all landowners. Include a landowner column in the newsletter. Review delinquent accounts and appropriate practices to recover back assessments, and apply any discounts after thorough documentation. Work with committees to be forward thinking and plan 6 months ahead for the coming road maintenance season.
