* To create specific topics to be presented to the Glastonbury Landowners Association Board of Directors for action.

* Enable discussion of the recommended changes to the governing documents presented to GLA Landowners by the GLA Board of Directors.

* To provide an online meeting place to discuss problems and develop and propose additional changes to our governing documents.

* Provide an avenue for Landowners to voice their concerns about actions taken, or not taken, by the Board.

* The accounting/budget category is available to discuss accounting or bookkeeping issues and assessments, including the collecting of past due assessments. Previous year financial documents will be placed in sub-boards.

* The Legal Committee category is intended for members to identify concerns with legal matters, information distributed to the GLA Membership, and when a GLA Membership vote is requested before actions are initiated by the Board, including committing to paying attorney fees.

* The Communications Committee is for discussing how the GLA Board communicates with the Glastonbury Landowners. Sub-boards will hold documents mailed to landowners since 2005.

* The Community Property category is for discussing how the GLA Board manages and what plans they have for the landowner's common property.

* The Building and Subdivision category is for discussing issues regarding new homes, wells, subdivisions, guest houses, etc.
