Dissolution Lawsuit Litigants Send Separation Agreement Letter to Landowners "Why and What Is Next"
On November 8th, 2021 the Dissolution Lawsuit litigants mailed a one page Separation Agreement letter to landowners. The letter is a response to the Concerned Glastonbury Landowner's letter of October 28th. Several questions posed by the CGL letter are rebuked. New questions like "Why a Lawsuit" are asked and answered. The benefits of separation are discussed briefly. In a green-tinted box, the Mediation Agreement and next steps are discussed. The Dissolution litigants acknowledge that the parties involved reached an agreed settlement to dissolve the current GLA by dividing it into two separate organizations; GLA-South and GLA-North. They further acknowledge that the GLA Board voted to approve the Mediation Agreement. The next step will be a court-scheduled hearing date. Landowners will receive notice of the hearing. Finally, the letter notes that if the court does not decide to accept the Mediation agreement their lawsuit could continue.
The signed letter concludes by urging readers to "reach out with questions" and "stay tuned for further information".
