Court Orders Dissolution Hearing on January 10, 2022
The 6th District court has ordered a hearing to consider the petitioner's Motion for Approval of the Settlement agreement to dissolve the current GLA and divide it into two separate organizations; GLA-South and GLA-North. The hearing will take place at the Park County District Courthouse on Monday, January 10, 2022, at 4 PM. Landowners will be allowed to object or support the Settlement agreement but only in writing.
A majority of the GLA board approved the dissolution of the GLA when they voted in favor of the Settlement Resolution at the October 6th Board meeting.
