Judge Gilbert Reaches a Decision Regarding Glastonbury Dissolution Beware of the Ides of March On March 15, 2023, Judge Gilbert of the 6th District court in Park County ruled that Glastonbury would NOT be divided into two separate associations. Gilbert based her ruling on the Glastonbury Landowner's Association covenants which state that 50% plus 1 member in good standing must vote to approve Covenant changes. The Dissolution Crew may appeal Gilbert's ruling. Unless another court decides to overrule Judge Gilbert the legal jurisdiction of Glastonbury will remain under the control of the GLA board of directors.
Because this is breaking news we will write an analysis later if needed.
Copies of Gilbert's order must be mailed to all landowners by the end of March.
