Statement of Principles:
Improve board effectiveness by soliciting and including more landowner participation.
Overhaul the governing documents a section at a time, to represent our current demographics.
Change the voting covenant to allow any member in good standing to vote for any candidate, as all board
members represent all landowners.
Include a landowner column in the newsletter.
Review delinquent accounts and appropriate practices to recover back assessments, and apply any discounts
after thorough documentation.
Work with committees to be forward thinking and plan 6 months ahead for the coming road maintenance
season.

Willing to host listening sessions before and after election, beginning October 18 and November 1, at my house,
17 Hesperus Lane, at 7pm.

Fox River Trail Board; Sierra Club Board; Trout Unlimited Board; Co-Organizer of the Emigrant Neighbors group opposing the nearby gravel pit/asphalt plant proposal. Over 30 years of outdoor leadership in group
settings, and volunteer trail work. Meals on Wheels driver

Retail and business to business sales; accounts payable; insurance claims; historical interpreter at living history
park; return to work coordinator with employers; home care companion; teacher of non-credit courses in an
outdoor setting; outdoor guiding; Master's level education.
