Election committee meeting, Monday June 26th, 2017 at 12 Gemini Road in North Glastonbury. 7 to 9 PM
Agenda
1. Finalize letter to Legal Entities and the notarized Representative Designation Form.
2. Review Nomination letter to be mailed August 1st.
3. Cumulative Voting Discussion
4. Treasurer and Accountant verifying delinquent accounts – Tabled from last meeting
5. Review election procedures for verifiers, sign in table and ballot counters – Tabled from last meeting.
A - Review and discuss potential changes/edits to ALL remaining instructional materials for the election processes. B - Determine a starting time for the Annual Meeting. C - Figure out agenda arrangement for Annual Meeting. D - Determine dates for future mailing deadlines. E - Eventually ascertain that assessment lists are current and correct. (There have been many real estate sales recently).
