Agenda:
1. Review history of Buddha Path
2. Review Legal Opinion
a.“Parkland Dedication Agreement” (Recorded at Park County file #161 pg.001) dated July 10, 2001 between Church Universal and Triumphant, Park County and Glastonbury Association (GLA). Does the agreement allow a building on the said property for the express purpose of a multi-facet recreation facility that includes an office for the Board, a meeting room for Board and Committees? The meeting room can be used for recreation when not used for meetings.
b. Can the “Park Dedication Agreement” be amended in the event that a building cannot be erected for the purpose mention above.
3. Discuss the chain link fence, posts and antique seed equipment
4. Review document summary from Leo Keeler and distribute summary of the minutes from 2001 to 2005 prepared by former President David Tonkin.
5. Schedule of neighborhood meetings with landowners for their input
6. Report from John Carp on clean-up of Park Dedicated Land - Lot 16
