Legal Committee Meeting August 10th, 2017
Shrouded in secrecy landowners are not invited nor made aware of Legal Committee meetings until the minutes trickle out, often a month or more later. The minutes are often cryptic.
Below are the minutes from the August 10th, 2017 Legal Committee meeting:
Phone Meeting Started 9:30 AM, Ended 10:05 AM
Attending: Dennis Riley, Leo Keeler, Daniel Kehoe, Alanah Griffith
Purpose: Obtaining attorney advice on addressing Association concerns regarding the GLA’s Glastonbury North Parcel 16 parkland, and the status of contacting CUT on concerns of the 1998 Agreement.
Topics discussed and to be included in letter by attorney to CUT:
1. Reminder of 1998 Road Settlement Agreement situation with perpetuity situation, road easements and maintenance of portions of Sirius Drive and Aries Drive, plat maps.
2. Address Landowner concerns and the parkland deed’s reversionary clause and potential to change the Parkland Agreement between CUT, GLA and Park County, and the Warranty Deed for Lot 16A.
