Linda Ulrich for North Glastonbury Ombudsman Hi, fellow landowners:
I am Linda Ulrich, an actual landowner living on Venus Way in North Glastonbury. As a long time home and property owner, I understand how the GLA affects each of us individually and collectively.
My desire to become an ombudsman for North Glastonbury is based on my interest in listening to, researching, and understanding the concerns, problems and conflicts individual landowners may be facing. I want to be your helper and mediator; someone who lives on your level, and desires to hear problems that arise, questions about conditions in Glastonbury (example- our roads) and conflicts that can be resolved before they get overwhelming.
I am a great grandmother and have worked as a volunteer (youth groups, BSA, Fledgling Paradise Valley Fire Dept., Sunday School, Food Co-op) for many years. Currently I am on various GLA Board of Director committees and attend monthly Board of Director meetings so to stay updated and informed.
Want to ask me more? Call 406-333-4969 so we can chat.

NG needs a real landowner to serve as our Ombudsman like Linda. Her opponent, John Carp, is an agent, appointed by a private association to represent their interests - and while such an arrangement is technically legal, John does not have the mindset or understanding of a landowner and is thus not well-suited to serve as an ombudsman.
Linda likes to be involved with her neighbors and understand the pulse of local happenings. She would be a good ombudsman because she cares to listen and has the time to get involved. We need an Ombudsman who has walks in the shoes of landowners, not an agent who takes his cues from those who appointed him to be their agent. A vote for Linda makes sense.

One thing I have noticed about Linda is that she is everywhere! Especially in NG. If you want to know something about what is going on she’s the one to ask. She’s interested in what’s going on in her neighborhood.
As a long term resident that is what is needed for an ombudsman!!! Someone who can identify situations and problems that may come up so landowners who may need an ear will certainly have it with Linda. Who better than another landowner.
Linda seems to attend all of the board meetings and committee meetings so if there is an issue she will know what it is. The bottom line is she is in touch!! She’s well acquainted with landowners issues and that is so important!!
Please vote for Linda we need a landowner in this position for understanding landowner issues!!

I agree wholeheartedly with Mr Ed and Donna. Linda is the best qualified and the most involved in this neighbourhood. After all who could disagree with a talking horse? There are a lot of horses in NG and Mr Ed must be the spokeshorse for all of them.
Who could possibly disagree with Mr Ed who fully supports Linda and we all know he’s the smartest horse of course!
