Formal Complaint Regarding Director Paul Ranttallo
Introduction to Brian Trisler’s letter
Following is a Formal Complaint letter recently filed by Brian Trisler, a NG landowner. The complaint is directed at director Paul Ranttallo for both trespassing and failing to observe GLA lot line regulations.
For the sake of welfare of the association --- if the facts show Ranttallo has been violating GLA regulations, the board must follow proper protocol and disqualify Ranttallo as a sitting board member.
