A lot of folks thought Church Universal and Triumphant(CUT) went off the proverbial cliff when they suggested that all members prepare for nuclear war and the apocalypse. Bomb shelters now dot Glastonbury and a huge one was built at the Royal Teton Ranch. The Kehoe shelter in High South is routinely maintained and currently holds thousands of gallons of diesel fuel in underground tanks. The High South Victory shelter has switched to propane and is also maintained. CUT may have been ahead of their time.
