...WINTER STORM WARNING REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM MIDNIGHT TONIGHT TO 6 PM MST FRIDAY...
* WHAT...Heavy snow. Total snow accumulations of 6 to 12 inches, with the heaviest amounts on northwest facing slopes.
* WHERE...Portions of South Central Montana.
* WHEN...From midnight tonight to 6 PM MST Friday.
* IMPACTS...Travel will become very difficult to impossible due to snowy and slick roads, and poor visibility. The Thursday morning commute will be impacted.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Blowing snow will also be a concern Thursday morning.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
If you must travel, keep an extra flashlight, food, and water in your vehicle in case of an emergency.
