Can Mediation Break the GLA Board Deadlock? Several weeks ago Jerry Ladewig presented the idea of mediation to the GLA Board as a means to break the deadlock. She offered names and prices for local mediators. No action was taken. More recently a 30 year resident of North Glastonbury offered her professional mediation services to the Board for free. Again, there was no response from the GLA Board.
On Saturday March 27, 2021 at 8:43 AM Director Tim Brockett offered the following motion:
The motion has not been seconded yet.
In other GLA news Director Brockett has requested a copy of the membership list from the GLA Treasurer John McAlister. When asked about the 2020 Annual Election Brockett replied "I believe Montana State Law gives me the right to hold the Special Meeting asked for by the December 30, 2020 petition. The Board failed to hold the requested meeting, so the law permits us to set a time, date and place. I am prepared to resume and finish the 2020 Annual Election at the May 1st two hour meeting. This will finally give landowners who have not yet voted, or wish to change their votes, a legal chance to do so".

I’ve been hearing that Director Brockett has repeatedly asked the Board to act on motions to move forward with the 2020 election and that Brozovsky, Mizzi, Dubiel and Dobrowski ignore all motions, do not vote and do not present any solutions themselves.
I know that Dobrowski's resignation became effective 1/1/21 and that his votes do not count.
I’m not sure what "email voting" has been done and how his votes were treated. What "actions by written consent" have occurred in the last 5 months and where are the meeting records of those votes and any committee actions/votes?
I also ask if Mizzi, Dubiel, and Brozovsky have also resigned by their inaction as shown in the Glastonbury Community Forum posting of so many motions they have not acted on??
Will Bylaw Article VI (L)(6) effectively terminate the GLA Board in April since no Board meeting has announced to landowners or been held for 4 months?
Will the Board support moving the Member Meeting scheduled for May 1 to be in Emigrant Hall rather than a Directors home?
How will Landowners that mailed in ballots for the November 2020 election trust that during the 5 months of inaction that their votes have not been lost or destroyed? Will the Board contact each individual landowner who sent in ballots and confirm to them they are still being held safely and will be counted?
The mistrust of the Board was really bad in 2014 when I first started monitoring Board actions. Unfortunately, I believe that mistrust is exponentially worse today and I do not see/hear the Board taking actions to reduce landowner fears of favoritism - especially since the Secretary has blocked finalizing meeting minutes because she does not like/approve of corrections form other Board members.
WHAT THE HECK IS GOING ON AND WHO IS ACTUALLY STILL ON THE BOARD WORKING FOR ALL LANDOWNERS??
