August 19, 2022 - Last Day to Vote in GLA Elections Today is the last day to submit your vote for Glastonbury Directors and the question of whether to separate North from South Glastonbury. Votes must be delivered to Swandal Law in Livingston by mail, email, or fax by 5 pm. Swandal will then turn the ballots over to Accounting and Tax Solutions (ATS) who will perform the counting and validation sometime next week. ATS will hand the results back to Swandal who will write a report including the election results for Judge Gilbert. At some point, the report should be available to landowners. A definite date has not been set for the release of the Annual Election results. When available, we will post them.

Monday August 22, 2022 - Still No Election Results As of 5:30 pm Montana time the GLA Board has still not released any results for the 2022 Annual Election. Even GLA directors are being kept in the dark. The entire process has been shrouded in secrecy and remains so.
It is possible that one South Glastonbury candidate may be disqualified. Pouwel Gelderloos violated the Governing Documents by starting a driveway project before it was approved by the GLA board. At the Friday, August 19th, GLA Board meeting his driveway project was NOT approved because he started without permission. One director called him a serial violator because he behaved in the same manner on a previous project. Director Mizzi offered a heated defense that heard her screeching and personally attacking those who disagreed with her. Mizzi claims that despite the mountain of evidence placed before her that the Governing Documents actually allow driveways to proceed without full GLA board approval.
Candidate Neil Kramer also came to the defense of Gelderloos and demanded that he be treated fairly. Kramer then went on to personally attack Project Review Chairman Leo Keeler. Kremer also has Covenant violation issues. He was repeatedly asked why he has two guest houses and one residence on a single parcel when the Covenants and Master Plan only allow one residence and one guest house. He declined to provide an explanation even though he was asked three times.
It also was revealed at the Friday GLA Board meeting that Director Newman Brozovsky has Covenant violations that go back many years. Brozovsky built a chicken coop and it extends for 15 feet onto a neighbor's parcel. He admitted that was true but said that the neighbor gave him permission. Still, the Covenants do not allow construction to go beyond one's property lines.
When Election results finally become available we will post them below. It could be a few weeks though.
