After Blocking $300M for Border Chemical Screening, Democrat Jon Tester Now Claims to Support Fentanyl Crackdown
Breitbart News reports "Sen. Jon Tester (D-MT), facing reelection next year, is backing a crackdown on fentanyl pouring into the United States after previously blocking hundreds of millions in funding to help stop the flow of the deadly drug through the nation’s southern border.
In a video message posted this week, Tester said, “Too many Montana families are reeling from the dangerous flow of fentanyl coming across our borders and into our communities,” noting that he and other lawmakers have sent a letter to President Joe Biden asking the administration to act on the issue."
