Description:
WORK AT HOME OPPORTUNITY -- An employer located in Paradise Valley is seeking applicants for a Part-time Administrative Assistant position. QUALIFICATIONS: Strong and proactive communication skills, computer and software skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, and Adobe Acrobat Pro. Macintosh computer experience a plus. Strong organizational skills and ability to follow and improve upon office systems. Ability to manage and set realistic timelines for task or project completion. Work in a cooperative work setting, ability to research and problem-solve independently, ability to handle confidential matters. Work must be performed at an office space provided by employee, (compensation for such to be negotiated) until a new location can be established, if desired by the association. Attendance required at meetings which are held at public venues in Emigrant. Must commute to meetings within a 10-mile radius of Emigrant. Compensation provided for mileage and office supplies. Employee will be provided with computer equipment (MAC platform), peripherals, software, printer and file cabinet. DUTIES INCLUDE: Picking up and processing postal mail. Fielding and tracking voicemail messages, routing and tracking emails, getting information to landowners, attending Board and landowner meetings, word processing, and filing. Assisting Board Secretary in booking and preparing for board, annual and special meetings, including copying and collating materials, updating landowner and meeting minute binders. Assist Treasurer with handling lien letters to landowners and lien filing at the Courthouse. Assist Project Review Committee with initial processing of project review applications including scanning materials and distributing applications to the board, and other duties as needed. DAYS/HOURS: Part-time, 20 hours per week. WAGE: $15.00 per hour. BENEFITS: Six paid holidays (4 hours per day).
