Clare Parker is the mother of current Director Ed Dobrowski and wife of current Treasurer Rudy Parker.
Administrator's Note: Co-chair Ed Dobrowski insisted that High South received all the gravel it was promised for spring grading. He also stated that Adkins graded and rolled all of Sagittarius Skyway. Both, in the opinion of the Forum, were not true. Dobrowski went on to state that there was no money for gravel for High South in the fall grading budget. This continues a pattern of discrimination against High South landowners that dates at least back to 2008 when an illegal Road Policy was created. Whether the discrimination is based on economics or religion remains to be determined. Several directors commonly refer to High South landowners as "Millionaires on the Mountain". It is also well known that only two former Church members live in High South; the vast majority of residents have no history with CUT.
