GLA Road Committee and Board Meetings - Jan 16, 2017
A double header - Two for the price of one!
A double header - Two for the price of one!
Two meetings will be held at Emigrant Hall on Monday January 16th, 2017
Both meetings were originally cancelled and this is the latest dates we have. The Road Committee will meet from 5 to 7 PM. Then the full GLA Board will meet for another 4+ hours. It will be a meeting marathon and reminiscent of the "good old days" when CUT community meetings could last for 12 or more hours.
The GLA Board recommends that you bring your dinner or a snack. No doubt some directors will eat while they talk however no food or drinks will be provided to landowners. Readers are reminded that the cavernous Emigrant Hall is usually cold this time of the year so dress warmly.

- Discuss snowplow related issues.
- Discuss methods of communication between Road Chairs, Captains and committee members.
- Discuss questions and concerns from the committee.
- Discuss backup snowplow measures.
- Long term road improvement planning.
