Road & Weed committee meeting Thursday, Sept. 21, 2017 At 10 Gemini Road in North Glastonbury. 7 - 9 PM
Agenda:
1. Monies approved by the GLA Board – Financial Report 2. Culvert cleaning and stake installation bids and work order for NG/SG 3. Mag Chloride follow-up discussion and Fall Grading. Adkins? Standish? 4. Any progress with C.U.T. terms/easement issues in NG? 5. Q & A perusal and approval and/or further comments of the Draft Road Policy 6. Progress on paperwork with Park County for erosion problem on Hercules 7. Update on GLA snowplow truck diagnosis 8. Is Fred ready for the next plowable snowstorm? 9. Update on Ansara Letter 10. Progress on Kathleen Ramp Letter? 11. Additional agenda items requested by team members. 12. Snow Fencing Status
Financial Report
All items that the Road Committee requested funding for, EXCEPT Mag Chloride, were approved by the GLA Board. We can now proceed with Culvert Cleaning, Fall Grading and Traffic Sign installation. Work orders will need to be drawn up for Fall Grading and Traffic Signs.
