...WINTER STORM WATCH REMAINS IN EFFECT FROM SATURDAY MORNING
THROUGH MONDAY EVENING...
* WHAT...Snow developing Saturday and possibly becoming heavy at
times by Saturday night. A break in the heavier snow is
possible Sunday before it redevelops Sunday night into Monday.
Travel conditions may become quite difficult. Total snow
accumulations of 8 to 14 inches are possible over the three
day period.
* WHERE...Portions of Central and South Central Montana.
* WHEN...From late Saturday morning through Monday evening.
* ADDITIONAL DETAILS...Significant reductions in visibility are
possible in addition to slick and snowpacked roads.
PRECAUTIONARY/PREPAREDNESS ACTIONS...
A Winter Storm Watch means there is potential for significant
snow, sleet or ice accumulations that may impact travel. Continue
to monitor the latest forecasts.
