Winter Snowpack at Record Highs Flooding already occurring Winter snowpack in Paradise Valley is 170% above normal. In Glastonbury flooding has severally damaged upper Hercules Road as it winds it way through High South. Bozeman Chronicle writer Michael Wright penned a story concerning the record snowpack.

Governor Bullock wrote an executive order declaring a state of emergency due to flooding in seven counties, and on the Fort Belknap Indian reservation and in the Town of Chester. Read the news release here.
It looks like we could have a long, wet spring and further road damage in Glastonbury.
