Jerry Ladewig for South Glastonbury Ombudsman I am Jerry Ladewig, year-round resident of South Glastonbury. I have been performing public service and volunteerism for decades. I have planted trees and willows, built trails, and am a trail ambassador for the Absaroka-Beartooth Wilderness. I volunteer at the food pantry and monitor osprey nests. I have worked in the insurance, medical, sales, and caregiving industries. I have taught outdoor leadership and injury assessment for Sierra Club. Locally, I garden, growing some of my food, and am a member of Emigrant Neighbors. I follow the Park County Growth Plan and Custer-Gallatin Forest plan, giving feedback. I regularly communicate with Representative Gianforte and Senators Daines and Tester. I pick up trash in S. Glastonbury and write a column for the Park Co. Community Journal. I abide by covenants and pay assessments by the due date, and expect others to do so as well. The ombudsman role is very limited but is established to be a liaison for the landowner & board. It is not for resolutions. I will be objective & ask for facts in order to fairly represent your interest to the board. When elected I will provide a process on the Glastonbury website to inform how to reach me. In closing, all board members represent all landowners and when voting the boards must remember this. They need to demonstrate objectivity, integrity, and uphold our bylaws and covenants. Your vote for me supports this.
