"Confidential" GLA Board Documents Now Available to Everyone
Many secrets will be revealed
Many secrets will be revealed
For almost 20 years the GLA Board kept copious files on anything Board related in Glastonbury. Some of those files in the form of official Board agendas and minutes were recently given to the Forum. Cleaning them up for easy web use required a fair degree of time and digital wizardry and the project is ongoing. Today we posted official GLA Board agendas and approved meeting minutes starting with the year 2000. As time permits we will cover all years from 1997 on.
The PDF documents may be downloaded and freely shared per Montana state law and the First Amendment to the Constitution. The documents were created by landowner elected officials and paid for with landowner funds. They should never have been considered "confidential" as they are a record of the people's business. Some were hidden for over 20 years and finally they are being returned to their rightful owners; the landowners. The veil of secrecy is slowly being pulled away from the old timer dominated GLA Board. Power, via knowledge, is being gradually returned to the landowners; the heirs of Glastonbury.
We hope you enjoy reading the documents and share them with others. Many of the "truths" you may have heard from old timers can now be more clearly seen in light of what they recorded as official business. You may be surprised, even shocked...

The archived documents present a treasure trove of information regarding Glastonbury history and a secretive board. Please share your thoughts and observations with others by posting comments on the bottom of the yearly threads. Observations with specific document references will assist others in the search for answers and understanding.
