Crash, high winds, icy conditions snarl traffic on I90 near Livingston
KBZK reports "The Montana Department of Transportation has issued a warning that Interstate 90 four miles east of Livingston has been closed due to a semi-truck crash.
The overturned semi is blocking both westbound lanes. All westbound traffic is being detoured through Livingston."
