There will be a Finance Committee meeting at Liberty Hall on Wednesday February 17th, 2016 at 6:30 PM
The topic will be "Collections of Past Due Accounts" which now total almost $280,000.00.
The GLA Board recently released a list of past due landowners with names and amounts. Here is a partial break down based upon county records. Some landowners clearly are not paying their assessments as an act of civil disobedience. How many more will join that movement in 2016?

- Past Due Assessments for owners buying land in or before 1998 is $127,400 (47% of $268,845)
- Past Due Assessments for owners buying land in or before 1999 is $158,000 (58% of $268,845)
- Past Due Assessments for owners buying land in or before 2000 is $226,950 (84% of $268,845)
- Past Due Assessments for owners buying land in or before 2001 is $239,900 (89% of $268,845)
