GLA Board Remains Deadlocked and Impotent; Director Mizzi Acts Illegally
In early February, Glastonbury Landowner's Association (GLA) Director Mizzi posted a "Red Letter" on the official GLA website. The GLA Board never saw, approved or voted to have the letter posted on the website. As noted in a Forum article, the letter was full of false information meant to mislead landowners. It was falsely signed by the "GLA Web Master". No action was taken by the deadlocked GLA Board to remove the letter or discipline Director Mizzi.
Recently an emboldened Director Mizzi demanded that the GLA Webmaster, Tim Brockett, provide her with his personal GLA website password and login credentials. Director Brockett politely refused. In turn, Director Mizzi threatened to call for his censure if he did not comply with her wishes. Director Brockett's reply is provided below:

To All:
Director Mizzi has asked that I provide her with my personal password and login credentials for the GLA website. I have refused to provide her with them. Why?
1) The password and credentials were issued to me so I could log on to the GLA website and make changes. The Board gave me that authority when they voted for me to be "Webmaster". The Board has never given Director Mizzi that authority. Thus she is not allowed by the Board to post anything on the GLA website. Director Mizzi has threatened to censure me if I do not provide her with my login credentials. If I gave her my login credentials, without the approval of the BOD, I would be violating our Bylaws. The Board would not be acting as a whole.
My suggestion is that if Director Mizzi wants to alter the GLA website that she first asks the entire BOD for permission. If approved, the BOD could forward a request to Ross Brunson to provide her with personal login credentials.
Recently Director Mizzi admitted that she "had assistance" in posting her signed Red Letter to the front page of the GLA website at: www.glamontana.org/
The Board never voted to have the letter placed on the website and never gave permission to Director Mizzi to post it. The letter was falsely signed by the "GLA Web Master". I never approved that action and had no hand in posting her red letter. The Board must take action against Director Mizzi to curb her "rogue Director" ambitions. However the Board remains deadlocked and impotent.
Sincerely,
Director Tim Brockett
